  • Are there any health issues I should consider?

Customers with serious neck, back, or joint injuries or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, not participate in this tour. Although we try to always make customers comfortable both physically and mentally, some degree of impact on joints or some degree of customer anxiety about zipping is unavoidable.

  • How good of shape do I need to be in?

Ziplining isn't strenuous, but you need to be able to hike about 1/2 mile and climb steps. We have had people from age 10 to 100 do the course without problems.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

We have a generous cancellation policy. Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour and you will receive a 100% refund. Less than 24 hours, no refund.

  • Can I bring my camera/phone?

Yes, you may bring your camera/phone along to snap photos along the way. Your guides will also take many photos of you zipping. All the pictures from your tour will be available for $15. You can also rent a Go-Pro camera (you'll see this option when you check out).

  • Do my parents or guardian have to zip with me if i'm under age 18?

Kids 15-17 years old need an adult signature on their waiver but can take part in our tours without an adult in their group.

Kids 14 years and younger need to have an adult on tour with them and an adult must sign the waiver for each child. The adult can be a parent, relative, or friend and must be 18 years or older.

  • What kind of shoes should I wear?

For your safety, we require that you wear shoes with a fully-enclosed heel and toe - tennis, athletic or hiking type shoes are best. We do not allow hiking sandals, Teva's, Keene's, Crocs, Tom's, Vibram FiveFinger shoes or Skecher Shapers on the course. Shoes must be snug to your foot so please do not wear loose fitting or unlaced Converse-style shoes.

Soar above the canyons & gaze out over the ocean
Skyline Eco-Adventures Zipline Tour is tremendous fun & the guides do a great job making you feel safe & comfortable. After your check-in, you drive up the mountain on a bumpy dirt road until you reach the cabin where they outfit you with your gear. You then hike a short distance to your first zip.

Wow!!!
For sure the highlight of our trip! We did the zip and dip in Kaanapali. I can't say enough about our guides Kevin and Chris.

This was the best activity we did our whole trip to Maui.
This was the best activity we did our whole trip to Maui. Our guides Jansen and Murphy were the perfect combination of knowledgeable and entertaining. We felt totally safe the whole time and got lots of good tips from them about other activities and places to go during our stay. The 8 line tour was great, and the views were absolutely amazing. This is a "don't miss" activity whenever you are in Maui.

I went zip lining in Kapalua but wanted to try out this place for my visit in kaanapali; we did the 8 line course. This place was amazing!

What an adventure! Wow!!!
We did the 8 zip lines and it was incredible! Jordan and Jordan (two different Jordan's) always ensured our safety and security. You get over your nervousness after the first zip line. It was our first time doing zip lining and we had such an adventure.
