"Today my friend and I were on the 9 AM tour. It was our first time ziplining and we just wanted to write and tell you how amazing of an experience it was for us. Somehow we got a great group of people from all over the US and everyone was really nice. Then we were fortunate enough to get Luke and Brandon as our guides. We cannot express how amazingly they helped everyone get over being nervous and made the whole experience so much more wonderful. By then end of the time most all of the group wanted to go back up and do it again. It was the most fun thing I have ever done. "I did the tour in Kaanapali on April 28 2010. This was my first time ever, so I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous, but your tour guides, Beck and "Kale" were awesome. They ensured your safety and took care of everything so all you had to do was think about having fun. They loved answering everyone's questions about ziplining and Hawaii.
