Mr. Shims Coffee

Tour this one-man coffee, protea and botanical farm, and take in the views.

Mr. Shim does it all—from hand-picking beans to roasting and packaging pure Kula coffee for you to take home. Located in the heart of Kula’s rustic Chinatown area, the farm offers coffee tours, aromatherapy, and an eclectic mix of Hawaiian plants, flowers, and fruit trees.

An organic experience—from the food on your plate to the people at the table next to you.

Nestled in the pineapple fields on the lower slopes of Haleakala, you will find Hali’imaile General Store. Since 1988, award winning chef Bev Gannon and her team have worked with local farmers and fishermen to serve the freshest Hawaiian food possible.
