Take a Breather

You must be able to hike 2 - 2 1/2 miles at elevation and over uneven surfaces.

Call your Doc

If you have serious neck, back, or joint injuries, check with your doctor.

Skyline Guide
“Our guides were Bryan (a Twitter Junkie) and Casey. There were awesome! I love those guys, tey really made the trip special. ”
“Everyone in the group that was with us was inexperienced and seemed to be comfortable with this after being well coached by the 2 leaders, Mike and Brad.”
“Once at the top, we met our guides, Chris and Ryan. You WANT Chris and Ryan!!! Aka Brown Sugar and White Chocolate. From the first moment, get the sense that they LOVE What they do!!!! ”
“Anthony and Junior and Jordan were our hosts and driver. They gave us a wonderful ziplining experience! ”
  • Where do we check in?

We have a check-in office at the Fairway Shops for our Ka'anapali tour located at: 2580 Keka'a Drive, Ka'anapali, HI 96761

(Please note: our Haleakala Tour does NOT meet in Ka'anapali, please see Haleakala tour for directions to our Haleakala location)

  • Are there any health issues I should consider?

Customers with serious neck, back, or joint injuries or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, not participate in this tour. Although we try to always make customers comfortable both physically and mentally, some degree of impact on joints or some degree of customer anxiety about zipping is unavoidable.

  • How good of shape do I need to be in?

Ziplining isn't strenuous, but you need to be able to hike about 1/2 mile and climb steps. We have had people from age 10 to 100 do the course without problems.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

We have a generous cancellation policy. Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour and you will receive a 100% refund. Less than 24 hours, no refund.

  • Can I bring my camera/phone?

Yes, you may bring your camera/phone along to snap photos along the way. Your guides will also take many photos of you zipping. All the pictures from your tour will be available for $15. You can also rent a Go-Pro camera (you'll see this option when you check out).

  • Do my parents or guardian have to zip with me if i'm under age 18?

Kids 15-17 years old need an adult signature on their waiver but can take part in our tours without an adult in their group.

Kids 14 years and younger need to have an adult on tour with them and an adult must sign the waiver for each child. The adult can be a parent, relative, or friend and must be 18 years or older.

  • What kind of shoes should I wear?

For your safety, we require that you wear shoes with a fully-enclosed heel and toe - tennis, athletic or hiking type shoes are best. We do not allow hiking sandals, Teva's, Keene's, Crocs, Tom's, Vibram FiveFinger shoes or Skecher Shapers on the course. Shoes must be snug to your foot so please do not wear loose fitting or unlaced Converse-style shoes.

  • What should I wear?

Shorts and a short-sleeve t-shirt are recommended (due to regularly hot weather here). SUNSCREEN is highly recommended. White clothing is NOT recommended. Wearing brightly colored clothes will make pictures look amazing!

  • How old do you need to be?

We love little zippers, but we ask you have had your 10th birthday. Please keep in mind zippers must also weigh at least 80 lbs.

What a great start to our vacation!
What a great start to our vacation! Tour guides were very helpful, respectful, and so funny! A big thanks to Hoku, Chris, and Uncle George! We did the 8-line, 3.5 hour course. Course was fantastic. You start with a couple simple smooth lines to get used to zipping, then the guides let you run, jump off go backwards off the lines. Would definitely recommend for the family!
